Ejen Ali The Movie 2 has earned over RM15.3 millions in just four days!
Kuala Lumpur, 26 May 2025 — Thank you, Agents! Primeworks Studios and WAU Animation are thrilled to share groundbreaking intel from M.A.T.A HQ — Ejen Ali The Movie 2 (EATM2) has received overwhelming support, with 1 million agents reporting to cinemas in its first four days of “operation!” The initial box office earnings for EATM2 have reached an impressive RM15.3 million, a stellar start for this animated action film, proving that this local hero remains a favourite among Malaysians.
EATM2 has also made history as the largest opening for a local animated film, with its official release across 161 cinemas simultaneously in Malaysia and Brunei on 22 May. The enthusiastic response highlights the audience’s eagerness to witness Ejen Ali’s return to the big screen.
Ticket sales are also expected to soar further as the school holidays begin on 29 May. Currently, tickets are selling rapidly at various locations, with some cinemas adding extra screenings to meet the high demand.
